For 2 servings of 150 grams each
Ingredients
- 150 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g beef steak
- 1 small onion
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tsp Hoisin paste (Asian seasoning paste)
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Chili flakes
Preparation
- Thaw broccoli if necessary. Cut meat into strips. Wash and chop broccoli. Peel and chop the onion. Squeeze lime juice.
- Heat Hoisin paste and oil in the wok, stir-fry meat and onion for about 5 minutes. Remove the meat, stir-fry broccoli and ginger in the hot pan for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with lime juice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Mix meat and broccoli, heat briefly. Season with chili and lime juice if needed.
