Beef and broccoli stir fry

For 2 servings of 150 grams each

 

Ingredients

  • 150 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g beef steak
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 0.5 lime
  • 1 tsp Hoisin paste (Asian seasoning paste)
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Thaw broccoli if necessary. Cut meat into strips. Wash and chop broccoli. Peel and chop the onion. Squeeze lime juice.
  2. Heat Hoisin paste and oil in the wok, stir-fry meat and onion for about 5 minutes. Remove the meat, stir-fry broccoli and ginger in the hot pan for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with lime juice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix meat and broccoli, heat briefly. Season with chili and lime juice if needed.
