Ingredients for 4 persons
- 750 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g smoked trout
- +/- 170 g potatoes
- 60 g Parmesan
- 1 l to 1,2 l of stock
- Salt - pepper
Directions
- Cook the broccoli and potatoes until tender in the stock (for about 20 minutes)
- Add the smoked trout
- Add the grated Parmesan or Parmesan powder (or afterwards in the soup bowl after serving)
- Mix the whole until very thin
- Season to taste and adapt the texture if needed (add some stock if the soup is too thick or add Dutch rusks if the soup is too fluid)
