Cod in papilotte

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 100-125g fish (cod, salmon, whiting, sole,…)
  • 1 small teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

  • 1 carrot

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Mix the mustard with the oil

  • Peel and slice the carrot thinly. Cook in the microwave for five minutes
  • Lay the fish out on aluminium foil
  • Brush it with the mustard sauce and place the carrots op top
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Seal the papillotte and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C
    depending on the size of the fish
  • Serve hot with potato gratin, puree, mashed vegetables, rice…
