Ingredients for 1 person
- 100-125g fish (cod, salmon, whiting, sole,…)
- 1 small teaspoon of mustard

2 teaspoons of olive oil

1 carrot

Salt and pepper
Directions

Mix the mustard with the oil
- Peel and slice the carrot thinly. Cook in the microwave for five minutes
- Lay the fish out on aluminium foil
- Brush it with the mustard sauce and place the carrots op top
- Season with salt and pepper
- Seal the papillotte and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C
depending on the size of the fish - Serve hot with potato gratin, puree, mashed vegetables, rice…
