Melon Ice Cream

For 4 popsicles of 50 grams each

 

Ingredients

  • 100 g Galia melon
  • 50 g low-fat yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 50 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 popsicle molds

Preparation

  1. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into small pieces. Puree the melon flesh very finely with the yogurt, quark, and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  2. Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours or overnight.

 

Tip: If you don't have popsicle molds, you can also pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and insert small wooden sticks.
