Ingredients for 10 pieces of 5g
- 50g unsliced parmesan cheese
- Seasoning to taste (paprika powder, cumin or herbs de Provence)
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 175C (fan assisted)
- Finely grate the parmesan cheese and mix in a bowl with the seasoning.
- Place small heaped teaspoons of the mixture (around 5g) on baking paper on a baking sheet, 2 cm apart. Use the spoon to create a rounded shape and press them down gently (around 2-3mm high).
- Bake the parmesan cheese in an oven for around 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
