Potato gratin

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 2 small potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of 20% single cream
  • 1 full tablespoon of Emmentaler
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and place them in a sealed microwave-safe container.
  • Place the potatoes in the container with a little water and cook them for 2-3 minutes at maximum power.
  • Remove the potatoes and slice them finely, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Place the potato slices in a small baking dish, add the single cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
This dish is the ideal accompaniment for meat, fish and vegetables.
