Ingredients
- 100 g salmon fillet (fresh or frozen)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dill (dried or frozen)
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 160 g cucumber
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 toothpicks
Preparation
- Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and cut it into 8 cubes. Whisk the egg with dill, salt, and pepper. Mix the salmon cubes well with the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated with egg. Spread the flour on a plate. Roll the salmon cubes in the flour so that they are thinly coated.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on all sides.
- Wash the cucumber and cut it into 8 slices. Skewer 1 salmon cube, 1 tomato, and 1 cucumber slice onto each toothpick.
