Tuna pizza

Ingredients

For 5 pieces of 65 grams

  • 1 egg
  • salt, pepper
  • 0,5 tsp dried thyme
  • can of tuna (in its own juice, 130g)
  • 1 tbsp. corn (canned)
  • 1 spring onion
  • chili flakes
  • 5 tsp red pesto
  • 30g grated Gouda (low fat)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top/bottom heat).
  2. Whisk egg with salt, pepper and thyme. Drain the tuna and fold it in.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and form 5 small pizzas with the mixture. Bake in preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the corn. Wash spring onion and cut into thin rings, mix with corn and chili flakes.
  5. remove pizzas and spread 1 tsp pesto on each. Spread corn and spring onion mix on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake pizzas for another 10 minutes.
  6. remove pizzas and either eat warm immediately or let cool and eat cold the next day.
