Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi cheese
- 4 small mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Gyros seasoning
Preparation
- Halve the Halloumi lengthwise and cut it into strips. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the onion and garlic. Halve the onion and slice it. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the cheese for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic and continue frying for about 5 minutes. Season everything with salt, pepper, and gyros seasoning. Serve with tzatziki.
