Carrot soup with lentils
Ingredients (4 persons)
101 kcal - 5 g protein per portion
- 400g carrots
- 80g coral lentils
- 1l to 1,2l of stock
- Salt - pepper
Directions
- Cook the carrots and lentils until smooth in the stock (about 15 minutes)
- Mix the whole until very thin
- Season to taste and adapt the texture if needed (add some stock if the soup is too thick or add Dutch rusks if the soup is too fluid)
- Mix 1 serving of Bariatric Advantage multi powder through the soup, immediately before serving*
