What does ‘out in stock’ mean?
This means that we are unable to deliver the product in question from stock. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to replenish the stock as quickly as possible.
What is a discount code?
You receive a discount code from Bariatric Advantage®, a hospital, a patients association or elsewhere. This can be redeemed when purchasing a given product. You may also receive a discount code in connection with campaigns featured in our newsletter or on our website.
How can I pay for my order?
The following payment options are available:

Are online payments secure?
You can pay for your Bariatric Advantage® order online or by bank transfer.
If you select online banking you will be redirected to Bariatric Advantage®’s secure website. Your encrypted payment data are protected by a secure SSL connection and stored on encrypted servers. No payment details are ever stored in the back office of our website. This ensures that you can pay online with peace of mind.
How do I know that my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is in order. You can check the status of your order in your account.
I received an order confirmation with a BAWS reference, but the details are incorrect. Can I still change the delivery/billing address?
You can no longer change your delivery/billing address once your order is confirmed. You should contact our customer services as soon as possible. You can do so by calling 00800 5955 5955, emailing [email protected] or starting a chat on our website.
