What does the "all-in-1" formula of Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal contain?
One serving of Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal corresponds to one chewable tablet or 2 capsules of Bariatric Advantage® Multi, 2 chewable tablets of Bariatric Advantage® Calcium Citrate and 1.5 servings of Bariatric Advantage® Whey. Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal also contains fibres to facilitate intestinal transit.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions do not have a set expiry date. You can only cancel a subscription after your second shipment and no later than five working days before the next scheduled order. You must complete the cancellation form. This does not affect your legal rights.
Does Bariatric Advantage® have multivitamin supplements without iron?
The amount of iron in Bariatric Advantage® Multi Capsules/Chewable Tablets is in accordance with international bariatric guidelines. Bariatric Advantage® Multi Chewable Tablets contain only 18 mg of iron and a daily intake of Bariatric Advantage® Multi Capsules contains 28 mg of iron.
Is it necessary to take the Bariatric Advantage® Multi with a Calcium supplement?
It’s recommended to take additional calcium citrate alongside Bariatric Advantage® Multi. An additional 1200 mg, and preferably 1500 mg of calcium (3 chewable tablets), per day is recommended for maintaining strong bones and teeth.
I have trouble swallowing capsules, what can I do?
You may find it easier to take the capsules by opening a capsule and mixing its powder into a small portion of your meal.
How should I take Bariatric Advantage® Multi Chewable Tablets?
Don’t take the chewable tablets on an empty stomach. Bite the chewable tablets into pieces and swallow all of it after proper chewing.
How should I take Bariatric Advantage® Multi Capsules?
Don’t take the capsules on an empty stomach, but do so during a meal. Spread the intake over 2 meals (breakfast and/or lunch and/or supper).
What are the benefits of Bariatric Advantage® Multi Capsules?
The benefits of Bariatric Advantage® Multi Capsules are that 2 capsules a day are sufficient to meet your daily required intake of vitamins and minerals. Moreover, you don’t need to chew the capsules, for they can be easily swallowed with a sip of water.

Do Bariatric Advantage® products contain lactose, soya or gluten?
All Bariatric Advantage® products are gluten-free. However, Bariatric Advantage® Calcium Citrate Soft Chews contain soya, and Bariatric Advantage® Whey and Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal contain soya and traces of lactose.
